• Left: Refrigerator compartment - right: Heating element with central glass partition made of insulating glass
• Completely made of stainless steel all visible sides polished, inner well welded tight in a hygienic design
• Polyurethane rigid foam insulation (compression-moulded), electronic controller with digital temperature display
• To be hooked in with a hook-in rim
• Forced air circulation refrigeration unit in the side compressor compartment , fully-automatic defrosting and condensate evaporation

Cooling area:

• Operator side: Sliding glass panes made of insulating glass
• Coated fin coil evaporator with circulating air - can be folded up for cleaning, speed-controlled low-voltage fan
• Deep-drawn condensate drain HD 30
• Electronic controller with digital temperature display
• Interior lighting on each level
• Possible to stock the well with a maximum tray height up to 150 mm
• Display case with 800 mm width: hinged doors are necessary for GN 1/1 stocking - specify this when ordering (no surcharge)!
• Intermediate glass shelf with adjustable height and inclinable, base deck adjustable in height

Heat area:

• Operator side: Hinged door with one-way mirror
• Recessed well with hotplate (primary heat)
• Supporting heat including heat-resistant lighting
• Possible to stock the well with a maximum tray height up to 100 mm
