Professional refrigerated counters for gastronomy
Our refrigerated counters have been developed especially for professional use in gastronomy. They enable space-saving and simultaneously powerful cooling of food and drinks directly below the worktop. Or models are ideal for use in gastronomy and offer reliable cooling for fresh and refrigerated ingredients in all situations. Thanks to its robust and compact design, the stainless steel cold storage units slot seamlessly into any kitchen structure and contribute to a continuously efficient working process.
Optimum cooling technology with a modern controller
The cooling units are ready for immediate use and available in various variants: as a plug and play design (self contained), for connection to a central cooling system (remote cooling) or as a non-refrigerated version. All self contained models are available with the environmentally friendly refrigerant propane R290 and therefore fulfil the legal requirements of the F-Gas Regulation and the Ecodesign Directive.
Depending on the equipment, the refrigerated counters have modern, intelligent controller that ensures a constant temperature and energy-efficient cooling. The temperature range always remains constant, which is essential for storing sensitive foods. Models with an automatic defrost function provide real benefits in day to day use: They reliably prevent ice formation that would otherwise impair the cooling performance and increase energy consumption unnecessarily.

Thanks to the many different designs, our refrigerated counters can be tailored exactly to your requirements. Whether it’s with doors or as a cold storage unit with drawers – each variant is produced to high quality and supports optimised storage and removal of ingredients.
The refrigeration units can be configured in different working heights and widths as required. Thanks to the modular design, several elements can be set up flexibly in a row in order to use the available space optimally. Depending on the model, the units are compatible with Gastronorm or Euronorm containers and therefore ideally suited to professional use in the kitchen.
Hygienic, user-friendly and combinable in a versatile manner
Another key feature of our refrigerated counters is how easy they are to clean and to service. The models are equipped with smooth, high quality surfaces and can be cleaned hygienically in just a few steps. Internal components such as drawers or inserts can be removed easily in order to remove residues and to guarantee the highest hygiene standards constantly.
