• Customer side: Front glass with Easy Change system (choice of open or closed operation possible)
• Operator side raised - customer side lowered
• Completely made of stainless steel all visible sides polished, inner well welded tight in a hygienic design
• Polyurethane rigid foam insulation (compression-moulded), electronic controller with digital temperature display
• Side sections and dividing part in insulating glass or reflective sheet metal
• interior lighting on each level
• Pedestal incl. storage compartment with height-adjustable feet
• Remote cooling: R134a expansion valve installed, installation lines lead into the installation compartment, fully-automatic condensate evaporation, condensate drain required on-site

Hotplate (primary heat) on the bottom of the well incl. hook-in strips for GN trays, supporting heat per presentation area

Refrigerated section front side:
Coated fin coil evaporator with circulating air - can be folded up for cleaning, speed-controlled low-voltage fan
