• Customer side: Front glass with Easy Change system (choice of open or closed operation possible)
• Operator side: open
• Raised operator side for optimal handling or for a possible combination with other units such as the Vario Food Counter Hot
• Completely made of stainless steel all visible sides polished
• Inner well welded tight in a hygienic design, polyurethane rigid foam insulation (compression-moulded)
• Coated fin coil evaporator with circulating air - can be folded up for cleaning, speed-controlled low-voltage fan
• Electronic controller with digital temperature display, interior lighting on the cover
• Remote cooling: R134a expansion valve installed, installation lines lead out on the bottom side, condensate drain required on-site or condensate tray as an option
