How can I download or view all documents for a unit?

Some downloads (such as CAD drawings) are only available to registered users of the online product catalogue.

In order to obtain access to these files, log in to your customer account. If you do not have a customer account, you can request one here.

How can I order a unit or a spare part from the online product catalogue?

Select the required product and click “Request price”. Then fill in the form with your contact data.

Our sales team will contact you shortly with an individual quotation.

How can I obtain a PDF datasheet for a unit?

Select the required unit in the online shop and then click „PDF“ oder „PDF without prices“.

The system generates a data sheet automatically, which you can save as a PDF or print out directly.

How do I get a price list of all devices and spare parts?

Log in to your account and click on “CSV Exports”.
Select the desired download.
By clicking the corresponding button, a new export is generated in the background in CSV format. Please note that creating and downloading the export with up-to-date daily data may take a short moment.
